Lips
Definition, shape, and hydration. Conservative dosing across one or two visits to refine the cupid's bow, balance the upper and lower lip, and create a soft, natural finish.
Considered volume. Restored balance.
Anatomy-first dermal filler in downtown Fort Lauderdale, performed personally by board-certified Nurse Practitioner Natasha Wilkes. Subtle shape, restored structure, never overdone.
Filler is a structural tool, not a cosmetic fix. The best results come from reading the face as a whole and restoring what time, gravity, or genetics has subtly taken away.
Hyaluronic acid filler is a smooth, biocompatible gel that integrates with the tissue beneath your skin. Placed thoughtfully, it lifts, contours, and refines, while still moving naturally with the rest of your face.
A treatment plan, not a touch-up.
Our approach is conservative on purpose. We build shape in stages, refine at two weeks, and choose products and depths matched to your anatomy. The goal is a face that looks like the rested, balanced version of yours, never a different one.
Every filler appointment begins with a full facial assessment. Natasha maps the structural relationships between your cheeks, midface, jaw, and lips before choosing the area, product, and depth that will deliver the most balanced result.
Product selection matters as much as placement. Thicker, more cohesive gels build structure in the cheek, jawline, and chin. Softer, more elastic gels shape the lips and refine the tear trough. We choose the gel that matches the tissue and the goal.
Natasha is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with nine years of specialized aesthetic experience. She trained alongside plastic surgeons for seven years before focusing exclusively on non-surgical aesthetics, and that surgical foundation shapes how she approaches every face.
Filler is most powerful when it restores structure first and refines surface detail second. These are the areas we treat most often at The Aesthetic Ranch.
Definition, shape, and hydration. Conservative dosing across one or two visits to refine the cupid's bow, balance the upper and lower lip, and create a soft, natural finish.
Mid-face support that lifts and contours without overfilling. Restores the structural foundation that softens lines lower in the face.
Sculpts a defined, balanced lower face. Adds projection to the chin and a refined edge along the jaw for a more lifted profile.
A precise, conservative correction of the hollow beneath the eye. Reduces shadowing for a brighter, more rested appearance.
Soft support to smooth the lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth, balanced against mid-face structure.
Subtle volume restoration at the temples that lifts the outer brow and rebalances the upper face.
Your filler appointment is unhurried and completely tailored to you. Treatment is performed by Natasha herself, there is no rotating team of injectors.
Natasha reviews your facial anatomy, discusses your goals, and builds a personalized plan. First-time patients receive a thorough education on the product, the placement, and how filler fits into a broader aesthetic plan.
Precise injection with ultra-fine needles or cannula, depending on the area. Topical numbing and lidocaine-integrated product keep the appointment comfortable. Most areas are completed in a single visit.
An immediate shape change with mild, expected swelling. Final result settles at the two-week mark, when refinement, if any, is included. Maintenance every 9 to 18 months keeps the result seamless.
Overfilled, distorted results are not a product problem. They are a planning problem. In the right hands, dermal filler creates a face that looks like the rested, balanced version of you, not someone else.
Structure first, surface second. Natasha treats the underlying architecture of your face before refining the surface. A balanced midface and jawline does more for how you read than any single line softened.
Conservative dosing, staged refinement. Most patients start with one syringe per area, refine at the two-week mark, and add more only when the structural foundation calls for it. The result builds, never floods.
The two-week check. Patients are invited back at two weeks to review the result and refine as needed, included with every filler treatment.
If you've had filler elsewhere that migrated, settled unevenly, or simply ended up fuller than you hoped, you are in good company. Wanting a different result is one of the most common reasons new patients come to see us, and there is no judgment here. Hyaluronic acid filler is reversible, and a result you're not happy with can be corrected safely.
A correction is a fresh start, not a failure.
We dissolve HA filler with Hylenex, the only FDA-approved recombinant human hyaluronidase. It gently breaks down the existing filler so the area can return to its natural baseline, with most patients seeing the change within 24 to 48 hours. From there we let everything settle, usually about two weeks, before rebuilding with a considered, conservative plan using the Restylane family.
Dissolving first gives Natasha a clean foundation, so your new result looks balanced and natural rather than layered on top of older product. Every dissolve-and-replace plan is assessed and performed personally by Natasha Wilkes, NP in our downtown Fort Lauderdale studio, and she'll walk you through exactly what to expect at each step.
We review what was done, listen to your goals, and map a plan. Often only one area needs correcting, not everything.
Hylenex is placed precisely to break down only the filler we're targeting. Visible change typically within 24 to 48 hours.
Once the area settles, about two weeks later, we rebuild gradually for a result that reads natural and balanced.
