Every filler appointment begins with a full facial assessment. Natasha maps the structural relationships between your cheeks, midface, jaw, and lips before choosing the area, product, and depth that will deliver the most balanced result.
Product selection matters as much as placement. Thicker, more cohesive gels build structure in the cheek, jawline, and chin. Softer, more elastic gels shape the lips and refine the tear trough. We choose the gel that matches the tissue and the goal.
Natasha is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with nine years of specialized aesthetic experience. She trained alongside plastic surgeons for seven years before focusing exclusively on non-surgical aesthetics, and that surgical foundation shapes how she approaches every face.

What to expect.
Your filler appointment is unhurried and completely tailored to you. Treatment is performed by Natasha herself, there is no rotating team of injectors.
Consultation
Natasha reviews your facial anatomy, discusses your goals, and builds a personalized plan. First-time patients receive a thorough education on the product, the placement, and how filler fits into a broader aesthetic plan.
Treatment
Precise injection with ultra-fine needles or cannula, depending on the area. Topical numbing and lidocaine-integrated product keep the appointment comfortable. Most areas are completed in a single visit.
Results
An immediate shape change with mild, expected swelling. Final result settles at the two-week mark, when refinement, if any, is included. Maintenance every 9 to 18 months keeps the result seamless.

06 · Dissolve & replace
Not happy with past filler? It can be corrected.
If you've had filler elsewhere that migrated, settled unevenly, or simply ended up fuller than you hoped, you are in good company. Wanting a different result is one of the most common reasons new patients come to see us, and there is no judgment here. Hyaluronic acid filler is reversible, and a result you're not happy with can be corrected safely.
A correction is a fresh start, not a failure.
We dissolve HA filler with Hylenex, the only FDA-approved recombinant human hyaluronidase. It gently breaks down the existing filler so the area can return to its natural baseline, with most patients seeing the change within 24 to 48 hours. From there we let everything settle, usually about two weeks, before rebuilding with a considered, conservative plan using the Restylane family.
Dissolving first gives Natasha a clean foundation, so your new result looks balanced and natural rather than layered on top of older product. Every dissolve-and-replace plan is assessed and performed personally by Natasha Wilkes, NP in our downtown Fort Lauderdale studio, and she'll walk you through exactly what to expect at each step.

Most patients start with 1 syringe in a treatment area. Lips often refine with a second syringe at the two-week visit if more shape is desired. Cheeks, jawline, and chin typically require 2 syringes or more to create visible structural change. Volume needs are confirmed in consultation.

Yes, and in many cases the two are most powerful together. Botox softens movement and filler restores volume and structure. Natasha will determine whether to combine the treatments in one appointment or stage them based on your plan.
