  The Philosophy

PRP & PRF in Fort Lauderdale.

Some of the most powerful tools in aesthetic medicine come from within you. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) are bio-regenerative treatments that harness your body's own growth factors to restore skin quality, stimulate collagen production, and support hair restoration from the inside out.

No foreign substances. No shortcuts. Just your biology, activated with intention.

At The Aesthetic Ranch, PRP and PRF are cornerstones of our regenerative approach to long-term skin health. Results build gradually because they reflect genuine tissue renewal, not temporary correction.

Step one · Your own biology
  02 · How it works

Activated, not replaced.

Every PRP or PRF appointment begins with a small blood draw, typically from the arm and only minutes long. The sample is processed chairside in a centrifuge that concentrates the platelets, the component of your blood richest in growth factors that signal the body to repair and regenerate.

The concentrate is then either applied topically during a microneedling session to drive growth factors deep into the dermis, or administered through precise injection into the target area such as the under-eye, scalp, or skin.

Because the entire treatment is autologous (drawn from you, returned to you), there is no risk of allergic reaction. The biology is yours; we simply concentrate it and put it back where it can do the most work.

  03 · The difference

PRP vs. PRF.

Both start with the same foundation: your own blood, concentrated to release growth factors back into the tissue. The meaningful difference is how each is prepared, and how each behaves once it's introduced.

PRP · Established

PRP

Platelet-Rich Plasma. Processed at a higher spin speed with an anticoagulant, producing a liquid concentrate of platelets in plasma. Growth factors release relatively quickly once delivered, which makes PRP a clinically proven option with decades of data for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration.

PRF · Next generation

PRF

Platelet-Rich Fibrin. Processed at a lower spin speed without additives, PRF retains a higher concentration of platelets, white blood cells, and stem cells within a natural fibrin matrix. The matrix acts as a slow-release scaffold for a more sustained regenerative response, including the heated PRF gel variant (EZ Gel).

Natasha will recommend the right option for your specific treatment area and goals during consultation. In many cases a combination of both is the most effective approach.

  04 · What it treats

Where PRP & PRF work.

Regenerative treatment addresses the underlying biology of skin and follicle health. These are the areas where PRP and PRF are most powerful at The Aesthetic Ranch.

i.

Skin rejuvenation

Improves tone, texture, and radiance. Growth factors stimulate collagen and elastin, gradually restoring the skin's natural density and glow.

ii.

Fine lines & laxity

Rebuilds collagen at the cellular level. Addresses the early signs of aging from the inside out, supporting firmer, more resilient skin over time.

iii.

Acne scarring

Regenerative growth factors accelerate the skin's natural repair process, smoothing scar appearance and improving overall surface irregularities.

iv.

Under-eye hollows & darkness

PRF in particular is exceptionally well-suited for the delicate under-eye area. Its slow-release properties support gradual volume restoration without filler.

v.

Hair restoration

Injected into the scalp, PRP and PRF stimulate dormant follicles, improve circulation, and support the growth of thicker, healthier hair over a series of sessions.

vi.

EZ Gel volume

A heated form of PRF that sets into a gel. Used as an autologous bio-volumizer for natural, slow-release shape and skin quality in areas that benefit from added support.

  05 · Powerful pairings

Better together.

PRP and PRF are rarely used in isolation at The Aesthetic Ranch. They are most powerful when integrated into a broader skin-health plan.

+ Microneedling

PRP & PRF + microneedling.

The most common pairing. SkinPen microneedling creates thousands of micro-channels in the skin; PRP or PRF is applied immediately after to drive concentrated growth factors deep into the dermis. The combination outperforms either treatment alone for texture, tone, and overall quality.

+ Sculptra

PRP & PRF + Sculptra.

A layered bio-regenerative approach. Sculptra rebuilds collagen at the deep structural level while PRP or PRF improves surface skin quality and radiance. Together they address skin health and structural support simultaneously.

+ Botox or Filler

PRP & PRF + injectables.

Safely incorporated into appointments that include Botox or Dysport or dermal filler. Address movement, volume, and skin quality in a single visit, sequenced by Natasha for comfort and result.

  06 · The visit

What to expect.

Your PRP or PRF appointment is unhurried and end-to-end at The Aesthetic Ranch. Treatment is performed by Natasha herself.

i.

Blood draw

A small sample is drawn from the arm, typically only minutes. The same standard-of-care technique used in any medical office, performed in a calm treatment room.

5 to 10 minutes
ii.

Processing

The sample spins down in a chairside centrifuge while you are prepared for treatment. PRP uses a higher spin with anticoagulant; PRF uses a lower spin without additives to preserve fibrin and white cells.

20 to 30 minutes
iii.

Treatment

The concentrate is applied topically during microneedling or injected into the target area. Mild redness and slight swelling are normal for 24 to 72 hours. Most patients return to normal routine the next day.

  07 · The Ranch difference

Regenerative is a series, not a session.

PRP and PRF are not standalone procedures at The Aesthetic Ranch. They are integrated into a long-term skin-health plan and dosed in a series that allows the biological response to compound. Results reflect actual tissue renewal, not temporary correction.

Three-session start. Most patients begin with a series of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Each visit builds on the growth-factor response initiated by the previous one.

Anatomy-driven combinations. Combination plans are built only when each treatment serves a specific role. We will never add a modality to inflate the invoice.

Patience is part of the protocol. Meaningful improvement is noticed after the second session. Full results from the complete series develop over three to six months after the final treatment as collagen continues to rebuild.

Frequently asked.

Answers we hear most often from new PRP and PRF patients in Fort Lauderdale. Don't see yours? Reach out, we'll happily talk it through.

Q.01

How many PRP or PRF sessions will I need?

+
Natasha typically recommends a series of three sessions for both skin rejuvenation and hair restoration treatments, whether you are addressing facial skin quality, under-eye concerns, acne scarring, or scalp health. Sessions are spaced four to six weeks apart, giving your skin adequate time to respond to each treatment before the next layer is added. Most patients notice meaningful improvement after the second session, with full results from the complete series visible three to six months after the final treatment.
Q.02

What is the difference between PRP and PRF?

+
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is processed at a higher spin speed with an anticoagulant additive, producing a liquid concentrate of platelets that releases growth factors quickly once injected. PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is processed at a lower spin speed without additives and retains a higher concentration of platelets, white blood cells, and stem cells within a natural fibrin matrix. The matrix acts as a slow-release scaffold for a more sustained regenerative response. PRF is particularly well-suited for the delicate under-eye area and is the basis of EZ Gel, a heated PRF used as an autologous bio-volumizer.
Q.03

Is there downtime after PRP or PRF?

+
Minimal. Most patients experience mild redness for 24 to 48 hours, mild swelling for 24 to 72 hours (especially in the under-eye area), and slight tenderness for a day or two. Because the treatment uses your own biology there is no risk of allergic reaction. Avoid intense heat, strenuous exercise, active skincare ingredients like retinol and exfoliating acids, and makeup on the treated area for 24 to 48 hours. Most patients return to normal routine the following day.
Q.04

Can PRP or PRF be combined with other treatments?

+
Yes, and combining is one of the most effective ways to maximize regenerative impact. The most common pairing is PRP or PRF with microneedling to drive growth factors deep into the dermis. PRP and PRF also pair powerfully with Sculptra, and can be safely incorporated into appointments that include Botox or dermal filler. Every combination is anatomy-driven and intentional.
Q.05

How much do PRP and PRF treatments cost in Fort Lauderdale?

+
PRP and PRF at The Aesthetic Ranch are priced per session, with a range of $550 to $900 per treatment depending on the area being addressed and the treatment approach. Because Natasha typically recommends a series of three sessions for optimal results, package pricing is available for patients who book their complete series upfront, bringing the per-session investment to the lower end of the range. Your exact plan is confirmed at consultation, with no surprises.
