The Aesthetic Ranch is proudly owned and operated by Natasha Wilkes, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of specialized aesthetic experience and a clinical foundation that sets her apart in the South Florida market.
Natasha’s path to aesthetic medicine is not a typical one. Before dedicating her practice to non-surgical aesthetics, she spent seven years as a lead nurse in the operating room, working alongside plastic and reconstructive surgeons on a wide range of complex surgical procedures. That experience gave her an intimate, hands-on understanding of facial and body anatomy that goes far beyond what most aesthetic practitioners develop through clinical training alone. She understands not just where to inject, but why the underlying structures behave the way they do and how to work with them precisely, safely, and with an artist’s eye to achieve results that are balanced, natural, and built to last.
It is that surgical foundation combined with nearly a decade of dedicated aesthetic experience that makes Natasha’s approach genuinely different. When she assesses a face, she is not simply identifying wrinkles or volume loss. She is reading the entire structural picture, understanding the relationship between bone, fat, muscle, and skin, and building a treatment plan that addresses the face as a whole rather than a collection of isolated concerns.
Education and Training
Natasha has been working in healthcare since 2009, with experience spanning critical care, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and medical aesthetics.
She has completed advanced training with leading aesthetic pharmaceutical companies and holds extensive experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, bio-regenerative treatments, and medical weight management. Natasha is published in the peer-reviewed Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Forum and has presented at international meetings on cosmetic procedures and breast surgery.
She is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Nurses Association and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses.
